Shipping

We ship from two studios, London and Dubai, so your order travels the shortest route.

Where your order ships from
UK, Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: shipped from London.
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon and the rest of the GCC: shipped from Dubai.

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–2] working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery costs
Delivery is calculated at checkout from your address and the service you choose. You'll see the full cost before you pay.

Tracking
Every order is tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes
Orders delivered within the UK, or within the UAE, have no import charges.
All other orders may be charged import duties, VAT and courier handling fees by your country's customs. These are paid by you on delivery and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.
If you refuse a parcel because of import charges, we'll refund the item once it's back with us. We deduct the original delivery cost and any return charges the courier bills us.

Address and delivery issues
Please check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address.
If your tracking hasn't moved for [7] working days, email [email] and we'll chase the courier.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll put it right.
